For those old enough to remember Biscuit yesterday did a full on Nora Batty on the others. For an arthritic 6 year old she got quite a move on, chased the others, got into little squabbles with them and mounted Jet (he looked mightily peeved last night). At one point I took her out the cage just to give them a break.

Whilst it was funny watching her waddle after them all, should I be worried? I suspect she was just in season (but I have lost track of her seasons - I will know in a couple of days as Zigg follows hers about 3 days later) and had she been one of the little ones I would have separated her but I was worried that she was ill.....

Can dominance behaviour like that be a sign of illness? Or am I just molly coddling her because she is old and adorable?

On the funny side of this I was ill and working from home yesterday. My junior called me to ask for help and the call was interrupted with a

'for Christ sake Biscuit will you leave him alone'

at which point my colleague said 'erm right ok......'
That’s hilarious.

I always find being on the phone with parents of small children or pet owners is like being on the phone to someone with some form of Tourette’s.

“Nice camel conversation, SCREAM at pet or child randomly, nice calm conversation.”

Too funny! I hope this work colleague knew you had piggies!

CAMEL? obviously I meant "calm" in a previous post. Thank you autocorrect

Sounds like she thinks it’s Spring! Lol

Sorry! I’ve now had visions of darling Biscuit toddling about chasing the others with her stockings wrinkled down her legs! Norah Batty the second!
