I read that as 'a lot of crazy guinea pigs' not 'a crazy lot of guinea pigs'.

I know that people say they shouldn't live together but I know loads of people who have them in the same hutch and I have never heard of a single problem - I do think that it is probably scaremongering that people seem so set against it.

Sorry I didn't word it right my memory is terrible at times but still why would you want:

"alot of crazy guinea pigs" and not just one or two. I suppose we don't know the individual set up but I don't imagine a hutch with a rabbit is that huge it can take alot of crazy guinea pigs as they put it.

I was told some time ago that guinea pigs should not live with rabbids due to having different sleeping paterns. Guineas usually sleep at night when rabbids are more active.

But that's only what I have heared.

That's a new one on me. Pigs have naps throughout the day/night. I "think" rabbits are more active at dawn & twilight but my 2 have their giddy moments throughout the day especially if food is concerned :))

I've also sent them an email - polite but very direct - I hope!
