Fungal infection and outside?

Hi so i did a post a while back saying that my piggy had a fungal infection on his ear and back foot. It still isn't completely cleared up but is slowly getting there with a high supply of ace-high vitamin supplement every other day on food. It is a nice day and i am just wondering if i can let him out with this fungal infection considering it is a warm day as i dont want to irritate it or make it worse.

I would say he would be fine to go out so long as he's in no pain
