Fungal Infection

I'm new to owning guinea pigs and i got two pigs a few weeks ago and it turned out they had a fungal infection. the person i got them from took them back to treat them for me. i have disinfected the cage and thrown away their wooden toys. is their anything else i should do?
 
Other than making sure the treatment was correct, and effective it sounds as if your doing everything right. :)
