Fungal problem around ears and eyes

I have recently treated one of my boys for fungal infection. It was quite severe and was over parts of his back and tummy. I used GG coconeem melt and manuka and neem shampoo which has cleared it all up but now I have noticed he seems to have it around his ears and eyes. How can I treat it around the eyes? Thanks
 
I have treated fungal on the ears before with GG lavender and myrrh lotion but TBH, I would ask Chrissie what is best to use round the eyes.
