My guinea pig, Irene has been scratching recently and when I investigated there was white scabby looking things in a tiny spot. A little blood has appeared! I don't know what to do, help!

Plus if you know her breed please tell me that to!

Sorry, I cannot see your picture.

Please have Irene vet checked tomorrow. If her issue has come up within 2 weeks of getting her from a vet shop, you can reclaim the cost from the pet shop by presenting the vet bill together with the sales receipt as exposure and infection must have happened at the shop.
If your vet is diagnosing a fungal infection, then please follow the tips in our ringworm guide. Please do not treat on spec without a correct diagnosis. Ringworm: Hygiene And Pictures

Sorry your images aren't working. Scaly/scabby skin can be from mites, lice or fungal infections. All itch and cause piggies to scratch at the site and can make it bleed. You will need to see a cavy savvy vet to correctly identify what issue it is you are dealing with in order to get the right treatment

I have also merged your threads so that all responses are in one place for you
