Funny piggy behaviour

Hi! So my Guinea Pigs are around 4 years old both girls and one of them (Sorbet) has been going crazy today at the paper under the bedding (not unusual ) just ripping it, and so I decided to try and take the loose bits out as probably not good for her. I lifted her house up and she’s made a den out of paper?! Like a full on little nest! It’s so cute I left it. Is this normal behaviour? She’s never done this before!

One of my boars does this so I give him a scrunched up sheet of newspaper to save the fleece getting buched up. Caspy rips the paper up and pulls it into his bed to lie on, big bits get pulled into the doorway of his hidey with him inside to close him in!
