hi

any suggestions for fussy piggies I was giving them lots of kale but now realise that this is not so good for them as high in calcium. and they have now started not eating the veggies that usually like any ideas to get them to eat more

Be persistent and patient, and serve the same veg again and again. Eventually they will hopefully catch on.
Try with herbs and cucumber first; they tend to go down better.

Keep trying with the veggies as everyone says, but have you thought of giving grass or leaves that you've foraged? Just make sure you check that they're ok to give, and that there's no chance of animal wee on them. I give mine very little shop bought veg. (Will need to up it during the winter though) Some suggestions are, bramble leaves, strawberry leaves, dandelion, plantain, milk thistle (dried, as it's jaggy otherwise). You'll find loads of ideas if you search through the food threads for 'foraged'. If you give grass, be sure to cut it with scissors or a knife, as lawnmower clippings can ferment quickly and upset their stomach.
