We have just buried my beautiful little Fuzzy.
He was doing Ok until this morning but after we gave him his syringes and put him back and he seemed to have a fit and gasped, then he just rolled on his side and passed away.

We are absolutely gutted. He was the sweetest little fuzzy baby.
:'( :'( :'(

I'm so sorry to read about Fuzzy, he looked like a really cute little boy.

RIP little man xx

We thought he was getting better - on Saturday morning we took him out for his syringe feeding, he squeaked a bit but had his food OK, then when we put him back he fell on one side and seemed to have a fit - it was awful. What happened? Poor little love had such a short life full of injections and upset. I would do anything to have him back. :'(

I know you are grieving for the little man, but you should go to P@H with your vets bills and confront them. Not only have you had all the bills but the emotional upset at losing your loved pet, who was clearly not well when you bought him :tickedoff:

Well.. we went in yesterday to see if they had any from the same litter left who would remember Scruffy and therefore be easier to bond with him - we didn't ask for any money but we mentioned what had happened to Fuzzy and they were very concerned and said they have a vet who visits the breeder and not only would they cover the vets bills but they would be taking it up with the breeder. I would have been too upset for a confrontation but they have offered to pay them and the chap we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned and knowledgeable.
We didn't pick one of the piggies there because they were all niggling with each other - I will try the rescues but there are none that close to us. We will travel but we want another young'un to play with Scruffy. P@H have said that they will be getting some more in on Sat morning - we are going anyway to get a run for the garden and to give them our vets bills. If they have another little hairy man we might consider him as a pal for Scruffy.
I just can't believe that 2 weeks ago we had 2 gorgeous littl ebabies, now one is buried in the garden - he was so lovely, and it seems so unfair. I can't stop crying so try not to think about it.

aw it's so hard, isn't it . . . you must be heartbroken :'( Poor dear Fuzzy. 0:)

Don't rush, you'll know when you find the right friend for Scruffy.

I'm so sorry to read about poor Fuzzy, rest in peace little man. You did all you could to try and get him better.

Glad to hear Pets at Home listened to what you have said with concern and will be covering your bills and taking it up with the breeder. Well done for going in there and saying something.
