G-Force - any events or helf from cinemas or organization?

Hey!

G-Force will start here in October.

My friend in the USA told me that there was the local guinea pig rescue at the cinema and before the movie started, they talked about guinea pigs (difference between movie and reality, housing and so on) and at the end they gave out leaflets with some information.

Do you have some same experiences?

Here in Germany we try to produce a short movie about guinea pigs, some cinemas agreed to show this short movie before G-Force. And I designed some leaflets to hand out...

And who has informations about guinea pigs which were bought after the movie and are now homeless?

I think that is an absolutely fantastic idea! I never heard of any cinema in Britain doing anything like that and I think if parents were given the facts/costs about having guinea pigs they might not give in to their children so easily.

I'm sure showing a movie and handing out leaflets will go a long way to making a difference.
