I have a little problem with lola. Lola's nails are getting sharp and that is making it difacult to hold her can you clip a G.P nails.

Yes. You want to trim them regularly. I usually trim mine every week or so. Whenever they start getting long. I have small pet clippers and a nail grinder for my piggies with black nails.

Yes you need to clip your piggies' nails when they are too long. I typically clip my piggies' nails every couple weeks or whenever they get long. My piggies are squirmy too, so a family member of mine holds them (one at a time) while I do the clipping

My exotic vet showed me to use a towel to hold gently but securely. This helped me tremendously while cutting my Lara's and Finn's nails.
It takes only about a minute to cut all of Lara's nails, but about 5 minutes to cut Finn's nails because Finn complains a lot so I have to give him breaks in between. Finn is my longhaired boy and he complains about his hair cut also, bless him for trying to do his best though, :tu:

I've done it twice so far with mine, and what has worked pretty well is, surprise surprise, FOOD. They get so focused on eating that I can practically turn them upside down and they don't mind it.

You need to clip a little at a time and don’t cut too close to the quick xx
Thats what i learnt from a youtube video. Clip small amounts often helps the nails grow straight👍 something to do with letting the quick grow. I cant remember exactly.

I use large human nail clippers and guinea pig ones. I noticed L.a guinea pig rescue do and it is good to have both on hand
