I love to hear what people are doing with their Guinea Pigs. They’re always changing and we change with them!

I’ve needed to change what room they’re in for the winter so It’s easier to heat a small room.

I’ve changed from paper pellets to a type of wooden pellet in their litter box. The wooden looking pellets are half the price. Let’s see how it goes.

I’m watching a power lie in on either side of a reinforced, cable tied grid divider that does not fill me with confidence about a potential reintroduction.

I’m enjoying a little edge forward in their trust in me. I can now give a pea flake and stroke both piggies . They seem to be receiving more pea flakes somehow, recently….. I’m just loving them!

Both Lexi and Thea went in to the Snugglesack Express this morning and tonight without encouragement. They have been doing this for a few days now. I think they finally realise that they will go in the run in the morning and are rewarded with breakfast pellets and in the evening they go back to the hutch and are rewarded with veg dinner (it's only taken a year of training!)
