[Sue and Smartie]

All pigs are special but some are more special than others, and Geraldine was one of those, to us, anyway. She coped with a lot of changes in her little life, but no matter what happened, she always applied herself to her food. She never bit anyone, or weed on anyone, she was well-liked at the vets' for her amazing powers of recuperation (and eating) and her calmness under stress. We loved Geraldine very much and so it was heartbreaking when we had to say goodbye on Thursday. She had been ill for a while and we thought we had a chance to get her better, but she deteriorated rapidly and there was nothing we could do but ask the vet to ease her on her way.
She went very peacefully and hopefully has met up with Tufty and Panda in Piggy Heaven where the grass is always sweet and plentiful. Binky & Kanga also miss their Auntie Geraldine.
