Dedecated to all keppers that have lost a pig
when we lose a piggy a lot of people (famly friends ect) will say its only
a pig , and it seem like we are wrong to care so much . and maybe because of this
we are conditioned not to greave in a way that we should.

A good way to get in touch with your felings is to find a recording of the soundtrak
to a film (l cart remember the film, but the music is cauled

How lovely, I will look this up. I love film music, particularly music by John Williams but it can be very emotional sometimes and has on many occasion reduced me to utter howls of tears. Listen to the music from Schindlers List it's so moving.

You are right re others and losing guineas. It seems so wrong. I just explain that it's the same as losing a dog, and sometimes they get it.
 
That's a lovely idea. When you loose a much loved pet it's like loosing a good friend. They love you unconditionally (as long as you've got food!) and listen to all your woes.
 
Is the song from 'War of the world's' ? I think forever autumn is on that.

That's beautiful. It's from my era too, it's been a very long time since I heard it.
 
Mom and I never see a pig question our grief, they join in with us and we help each other with no boundaries between species whereas humans merely say "well sorry your hamster died but you can always get another one, they're only £20.00".

If I'm feeling maudlin it tends to be Billie Holiday's Gloomy Sunday, more upbeat then it's One Sweet Day.
