I know...its weird...my new piglet Zelda sorta has a lick/one nibble on a bit of veg (that I've seen) but doesnt chow down like Bubbles does...is this something some pigs need time to get used to? In all the time i've kept guinea pigs I've never had a piglet who's not immediately rushed to the veg when i put it in...

any tips?

Ta :)

mine do it with some veg, for example theres a cherry tomato sat there from last night still... they ate the other one but can't be bothered with this one at present... its quite a new food to them and usually if I leave it it'll go before the next feed

my other half said that if he gets hungry in the night and he's polished off his dry food he will eat it...i was just curious if anyone had any little tricks...like with my budgies I managed to get my budgie to eat veg by using baby food (safe with them!) and sprinkling millet on top to tempt them to it and it worked :) wasnt sure if there was anything like that i could try...

Oh I have no idea about anything like that as I've only had my girls a month or so lol

well we left him it overnight and he munched it! obviously a shy eater when it comes to things of the veg variety!
