Finally going to get some piggies tomorrow. I took the advice from some lovely forum members and we are going to the local RSPCA tomorrow morning.

They have a few sets of females for us to choose from, I can't wait to go and rehome 2 of them and give them a loving home that they deserve.

:)p

Yay congratulations on your family members to be, cant wait for pigtures :))

Yay! That's fabulous news. Great that you can offer some rescue girls a fab home. I'm sure you and your daughter will have many happy moments with them.

Looking forward to hearing all about your new arivals. :)

We are in love with them and my Daughter has not left the side of there cage all day, she has been talking to them calling them cute little fellas (they are girls lol).

Kyra also decided she wanted to keep there orginial names.

We have had them out for a cuddle, we did leave out some veg for them but they havent touched it. If anyone knows what breed they are that would be appreciated as I forgot to ask when I chose them.

They are both smooth coated or shorthair piggies.
One is a mismarked red dutch and the other is black, cream and white.

Very handsome! Give them time to settle in. Often piggies will only start to eat when they are left alone and feel "safe" to do so in new surroundings. It will take a bit of time for them to get their bearings in their new home.

They are absolutely and utterly gorgeous drool!

I felt bad leaving the other 2 piggies behind though. The lady said next week they are taking in 16 piggies from a home of 400?! They had been living in ribbish bins, made me want to cry.

Beautiful girls. x)

It is awful that their seem so many big numbers being handed into rescue recently. :(

It's so sad, it makes you want to take them all home doesn't it.
Just think, you've made room for two more pigs to get the help they need, that's a really good thing.

They are gorgeous girls is Snitch the ginger and white one? She has such a cute face, real puppy dog eyes, she's going to get away with allsorts I think!
Snatch has the same colourings as one of my past piggies Gizmo.
