One of my piggies is recovering from worms (shes already had treatment and gets critical care and a gut stimulant daily along w/ normal diet) and lost a lot of weight. Any tips for getting her to gain some back? She's 3 years old.

Once the underlying issue has been resolved, so long as her appetite is as good as ever then she should start gaining weight quite naturally. If she continues to lose weight then I would suspect that you haven't got to the bottom of the problem (or there is another problem contributing to the weight loss)

Sweetcorn is fattening, so maybe that, also nuggets should build her up. Plenty & I would have thought to give her probiotics, but I'm not sure on the last one so you should get someone to confirm that or not.
Give her syringe feeding to keep her topped up. Maybe every 3 hours. Now Wiebke is gonna come on & say whet absolute twaddle. Lol

Once the issue is resolved and your piggy is fit again, the weight will slowly and naturally come back, even if it may take a while. I would not recommend to stuff her with sugary/starchy or fatty empty calories, as that is not making her any healthier. Keep her on a good hay based diet, and she'll do her own stuff! ;)

I would recommend a course of fibreplex to support her guts instead. it contains probiotics, but also other things and is often doing the trick with guinea pigs with a tender tummy. that will hopefully help to rebuild the digestive flora and fauna.
