Not quite sure what I expected, but so far they are glued to the back of their carrier looking like the world has ended. I don't think they have seen grass before (they are only 20 weeks) so idiot me has been lying on the grass trying to show them how nice and yummy grass is. God knows what the neighbours must think:-)

ha ha ha ha! i have this all to come yet with my youngsters, am hoping they will learn from the older piggies, i dont fancy getting on my hands and knees munching grass to show them how its done!

Never had to do it before becuase I have always had older piggies to show them the ropes in the past. Same with getting them in the carrier in the first place. My Hope and Faith had learnt from senior girl Daphne that if I took the front off and put the box up to the hutch them would get in themselves. But having to start all over again with the new girls so had to chase them around for half an hour to get them in the carrier.

When my Splodge went on the grass for the first time you would think he was walking on hot coals! He had a really funny expression on his face like "what the hell is this stuff under my feet?!"
