A few months ago, I tried and partly failed to switch the girls over to a drip free bottle (the ball baring type) having got sick of it leaking into the bed, and creating an unwanted attraction to tiny flies (midges love damp conditions) and a bit of a whiff.
The girls refused to entertain the idea so back to the rubbish leaky type bottle :( but Biscuit the Boar loves his, and has kept his with no issues.
So, i'm trying them along side each other. I'm hoping that Truffles will take to it, and teach BonBon how to use it and eventually Tilly.

I bought a ferplast sippy and it leaked all over - had to abandon and go back to the cheap plastic p@h bottle - never had a problem with leakage from that!

I use Living world glass bottles they do not drip either...alas quite expensive and do not fit on some types of cage. Algae resistant too :)
I have one of those and I love it so much you can poor boiling water in it to get rig of germs and algi its also got two ball bearings meaning it dose not drip the carrot helps you find your mark on the water line (if you get one don't make the mistake of chucking it out).
I really do recommend them !

My piggies have the normal plastic bottles - I didn't realise shaking the bottle actually helped the suction and reduced leaking
To reduce the algae the bottle is cleaned thoroughly and have also got one of those bottle covers. Helps the water not freeze and not get to hot in the summer
