We just lost our beautiful boy Gizmo this evening. He was a rescue who we had over 4 years, 3 months and was definitely well over a year when we homed him. He was a gorgeous boy and we had to keep on top of all that long fur with brushing, trims and occasional baths. We will miss him. He had only been to vets earlier as he had stopped eating late on Saturday so he was being syringe fed regularly and was due a procedure in the morning to check his teeth but I think he had no fight left as he had been battling a bad chest for a few years and was on medications. We have his younger friend Teddy.

Gizmo you were and will always be loved by us all. Thank you for the joy you brought into our lives.

I'm sorry you had to say goodbye to Gizmo. They leave such big holes in our hearts when they leave us.
