Going Away And Feel A Bit Sad

I'm being silly.

We're going away for 5 days from tomorrow for Easter (to the in laws) and i feel sad that i wont see my gps my mum will be in every day to look after them but I'm worried they will be sad and think ive abandoned them or something.

Also worried it will set me back in terms of bonding with them and that when i get back they wont know me anymore (ive only had them 3 weeks).

Just venting my worry i guess

I can understand why you will miss them. I would feel the same. If your mum can handle them it will help keep them used to being handled. Have a nice holiday.

Hi. I'm in exactly the same boat. I've had my four piggies only two weeks but we go on holiday to Scarborough on Easter sun for five nights. My neighbour has kindly volunteered to look after them for me (she has two male pigies of her own) but I kind of feel that I am going to take a backward step with the progress that I have made.

Me too. 4 nights in june. Hubby will take good care of them but still worrying x
