So, both boys have now decided they're fed up with pepper and carrot.

I run out of ideas! Can't buy this cos of sugar or this cos of calcium..... Grrr.

Any ideas? They're obsessed with green beans, they're happy with lettuce, spring greens, kale, broccoli etc. Grass is a hit.

You'd think one would go off something, but no. They copy everything off the other.....!

You can feed them more or less everything in moderation. I have a few items that I rotate such as spinach, lettuce, tomato and then constant items that they have often such as cucumber and peppers. Herbs are a huge hit with my piggies and they have some kind of herb each day usually. Mint and curly parsley are big hits! All herbs are fine though apart from chives which are a relative of onions. I'm lucky that my boys aren't too picky but you'll find if you rotate things a lot they tend not to get bored.

I had mint in my hand today & thought hmm not sure they can have that... I will try it. Bought parsley that's always a hit but I kno they can't have much. And treated them to some seeetcorn.
Fussy beggars!

I sympathise having a finicky eater on my hands. And the other boy just copies him. I try and look on the bright side - at least I don't have to try and cater for two different appetites, like I do with my grand-daughters! One eats nothing but fish & chips or chicken nuggets and chips, the other loves curry and steak & kidney pie.

Thank you - I have seen the list but haven't looked at it in a while. Mine both like quite different things, there are certain things I have to buy specifically just for one of them! Haha. Billy for example likes cherry tomato's but Rodney won't touch them - its handy now I have recently moved back home to my mums for a few months as she buys them for herself so I slyly pinch one for him rather than buy a whole packet only he will eat! Rodney is crazy about cucumber & literally panics if I run out, but Billy won't even look at it. They're a right pair :) I really like them to eat pepper, but they've decided they want a break from it it would seem! Occasionally this happens & I have to leave it out the diet for a couple of weeks then they'll be back into it again. If they had their way they would eat grass, green beans, parsley & kale all day long!

Have you tried celery leaves? These are always a favourite with ours, more so than the celery itself.

Pitch and Putt were finicky and were forever going off food, we used to have give them breaks on stuff and they'd normally go back to eating it a few weeks later...

You mentioned Mint, never found a pig that likes it yet, it is also high in calcium I think. Merrypips boys love Basil, but again it's a feed sparingly food.
