Going outside for a run

So the past few days have been incredibly mild at lunch time I have had 13°C, my house is unheated most of the time so is never hot its usually about 16-18°C

My yard is directly in the sun all day and is sheltered with a house one side and 8ft walls the other 3

If its around 13°C tomorrow can they go outside for a run for an hour?

I'm sure they can, but at the moment, its freezing outside, we've got a really hard frost here. I dont know what your weather is like.
