The love of my life just passed away today, March 19th at 21:17, with 5 years and 4 months.

He was a great guinea pig, full of joy and charm, chubby, great eater, tomato lover and grumpy when he was sleeping.

Our family will always remember this little guy, who brought to this house lots of wheeks and veggies.

We will always remember him, he's a part of my heart, and even he passed in peace, I'll always miss him so much.

So rest in peace, my love, and greet our greatest guinea pigs Cappuccino and Flamita, and your best cousins, Loki and Cookie, who were waiting for you in heaven.











We'll meet again...
 
I'm so sorry he's gone sweet.
You did all you could for him and were amazing, he was certainly very loved and well cared for.

I am so sorry that Chispita hasn't made it despite all you did; he has lived to a good age, though! He was a gorgeous boy and I am sure that you will all miss him very much! Like his friends that have gone before, he will live on in your heart and the precious memories he has left.

Maybe he was ready to go in the first place. It has been a very tough weeks, full of silly vets, uncertainty and preparing myself for the last moments with my love. He was my last piggie and I don't know if I should have another, I'd like to, but not now, not today, not even the next week or month. I'm not feeling ready and I don't have the money I'd like.

I'm still very sad and looking for someone who could cremate my baby. I want him to be with me that way.

Thanks a lot for those who helped me in the last weeks, I joined this forum just because of that but I'll keep being here, it's a very charming place :) so, thanks again.
 
So sorry for your very sad loss. He was a beautiful boy. Sleep well, you black beauty.

Re; cremation, your vet might do cremations or perhaps another vet near you. Beware, though, it will be very expensive. I had my Suzie cremated (because the ground was too hard to bury her). It cost me £123.

Thanks for the advice. I'll ask for the price and see what can I do.
