Hello! I know there's a lot of threads on here regarding outdoor hutches, but I'm really having trouble deciding which would be best for my boys. I have two pairs of boars.
One pair have a single story hutch about 5ft, which has lasted us for ages and been great quality but got it off a friend so i'm not sure where from. Its getting on now and really could use replacing, its fine but i'd like a new good quality one for the long run!
The other two have a double hutch i brought last year, with a cover. However the bottom floor doesn't have a floor, its just a run on grass. I don't want to put my bigger boars in here as, although they use the ramp great, there's far too little space to shut them on the top floor at night as they tend to bicker more. My smaller boys who are in here atm aren't enjoying the ramp. I could put a cover on it, and it would probably work out fine as they do try, but honestly its a little steep, and i'd like them to have more room, and a hutch they'll be okay with as they get older.
Both hutches have a secure run attached with netting, and we leave the hutch doors open so they can come and go.
So ideally.. I want two single story hutches.. the bigger and better quality the better! I don't want anything massively expensive but I dont have a small budget :D

Any suggestions on what you guys use and have seen that look good for two boars? I've had a look on the outdoor housing thread, but most are brilliant DIYs (don't have the time to get supplies and build one myself unfortunately, otherwise i love the idea!) or don't have links for sites. I'm so indecisive i've looked at tons but just can't pick haha.

Thanks @Claire W! I have a this Chartwell Double Hutches and these covers Hutch Hugger™ and Hutch Snuggles with Bye Bye Fly Screen™. The hutch is very good and I and my piggies love it. It is easy to clean and if you get the double version I would advise to put some carpet on the ramp as it is a bit slippy. It comes in two boxes like this:
Hutch in boxes (2).webp

and when it's made up it looks like this:
New hutch.webp

It is not the cheapest at around £300 with both the covers but it is far better than the cheapy I got from P@H which only lasted around a year. If you don't want the expense of the double hutch you could always go for the 6' single version. The Customer Service at Scratch & Newton is brillliant too. I didn't get my hutch but just the covers and I waited a few more days, phoned them up only to find it had been returned as it literally fell of the back of the delivery lorry and the driver was worried it would be damaged. I had another hutch the very next day.
