Good IC diet?

Hey guys, just wanted some thoughts on my feeding regime for Gremlin and anything else I can add or subtract.
Small amount of pellets (currently switching to grain free)
Unlimited hay (meadow and Timothy)
Unlimited cool filtered water.
He gets about 1/8 of green, red and yellow pepper each day
2 thinly sliced pieces of cucumber
A 1cm slice of celery
A few sprigs of coriander
A small piece of spring green

Is there anything wrong with anything on there? Can I give parsley as an occasional treat?

no harm in occasional parsley at all

I do give parsley as on occasional treat, but no more than once or twice a week. My Candy Cane reacts badly to coriander so I have to think of other leafy things for her. I feed dill occasionally too. They can have a green bean too under the IC diet.
