Good luck getting your girlies. Let us know how it goes and what you think of them.

have fun!

yay thank you everyone! on the ferry i can see scotland! :-)! Got my camera will have pictures shortly i should be at my parents by two :-)! excitement positive thoughts everyone hehe

Yay, so exciting! I remember the ferry trip on the Cairnryan-Larne and Cairnryan-Belfast route, it was lots of fun. :))

I'm here, Haven't got pics yet but have had my cuddles and they are stunning! They are kinda long haired! They have been licking me like crazy but one of them has a very tender rump which I'm lightly concerned about!

Awww - I'm so happy for you that you have an instant rapport with those lovely girls!

Can you carefully investigate where her tenderness is located (soreness, privates, lump etc). Have a wonderful evening (WITH looking at your parents every now and then, please!) and enjoy the piggies.
I send you my best wishes for the trip back!

So glad you got there safely and have hit if off with the girls. I hope the one with the sore butt is okay I look forward to seeing pics, how's fred doing.

YAAAYYYYYY I'm so pleased!

My long haired guineas dont like their back ends being touched at all and there is nothing wrong with them. I know a few long haired owners have the same with theirs - i was grooming one of my peruvians last night and she was like this.

Can't wait until you have a herd of three and when we can get some pics!

I think she is just a missy, and doesn't appreciate her rump being touched! They wheek and run like crazy for there food and sit still to be patted! I'm so in love with theswe two!

Fred is fab, he surprised me with lots of presents and has been eating I have a friend checking on him, but I already miss him terribly!

My mum labelled one as nasty, in fair she's never had one and said one kept stealing the others food and she couldn't pick it up but she could the other one lol! I had the opposite problem, the one that was fine with her was chattering at me and the other one was perfect lol!

I think Cornflake is def the dominant one and shes alot fatter than Nibbles!

They are both gorgeous I already noticed one has a big matt in her fur I'm going to have to trim her, and except I now have daily grooming to do lol!

So pleased you arrived safely and you've finally met your beautiful girlies! Can't wait to hear what Fred makes of them, he's going to have the best Christmas ever - one friend is a great present, two is just brilliant!

I have four shelties, Errol is a total wimp when it comes to grooming and will jump and scream almost as soon as he sees the brush, he doesn't like his rump being touched much let alone with a brush. rolleyes Elijah and Delilah are not too bad, depends on the day really. Sophia is the best-behaved, she only compains if I accidentally pull any hair.

I third the comment on long haired piggys. My two are long haired and Gizmo is a wimp too when it comes to brushing etc. He makes a big fuss and hates me brushing him, he will stop moaning when i give him some nice veg to eat while I'm brushing him.
I cut his nails the other day and he squeaked loudly i panicked as he has black nails, i thought i cut it to far but he is just a baby! Thank goodness for that. :)

Glad that the trip went smoothly and hope that you have a safe journey back home tomorrow. :))

Aww it sounds like you are totally besotted with your girlies already. Wishing you a safe journey home tomorrow. Can't wait to hear how the introductions go. x

Me either but I have a feeling Fred may be besotted too afterall animal take after there owners !:))
