Bugs has sorted herself out and won't have to go on probiotics and now is a healthy seven month old piggy. I am sooooooo happy to report this so I am posting it in the guinea pig chat.

And she weighs in at 1.05kg!

so in other words......

Oreo- is in excellent health
Bugs- Now is in excellent health

NO MORE VET VISITS, NO MORE VET VISITS, NO MORE VET VISITS TIL NEXT YEAR'S CHECK UP!!

Yay! Well done Bugs! :laluot_03:

Man I am relieved. I have spent so much on bugs in trying to get her at the right health and weight. I have labeled her vet chart (thanks to the vet) as a special needs pig. As well with her schedule/chart of her needs it is stated in red that she is a special needs pig. The vet said I was correct on diagnosing her smelly soft poos. She is allergic to romaine lettuce and any other lettuce. So now when me and Sam are giving them their veggies, we are to separate them and feed their alloted amount separately. Here is the weight progress on bugs

weight
July 12 - 0.22kg
July 19 - 0.49kg
July 26 (vet visit)- 0.88kg
July 30 - 0.94kg
August 10- 0.88kg
August 20 - 0.92kg
September 22- 0.98kg
October 6- 1.05kg

So now her source for vitamin c is those vita drops, apples, carrots, and will be trying broccoli on her in the next couple weeks.

From the time I found her to now, she has really improved greatly. I am so pleased.

That is fantastic! She is a great weight now. You have done a wonderful job :)

Too be honest..... I still want to kick the crap out of the person who left her for the buzzards by the dumpster.... Sometimes people have no hearts at all.
