Good or bad idea?

I have two trios of girls, both quite young and thus more hormonal (puberty yay!). I would really like to bond them into a herd of 6. Should I wait until they are grown up and calmer? I would like to bond them to hopefully avoid one being the outcast in a trio. Is trying to bond them right now a good idea or should I wait? They would be living in a 8x4 cc cage

Personally I don't see any problem in trying to bond them all, as long as you follow all the usual precautions.

I agree with Mother Hubbard.
The cage size would be great for 6 piggies, and as long as the bonding takes place in a neutral area you can at least see how it goes.
The only thing I would add is that because there are so many piggies you might want to be prepared for bonding to take a day or so, before you move them into their final cage.
