After just 3 days, our two baby piggies have both taken treats off me and my son. :))
Heres a question though as I'm new to this, one of my pigs is fairly skittish, seems to dash around and when you pick her up she struggles and then wont really sit still. Is this normal? Will she be likely to calm down or could it be her personality? She is only 9 weeks old but her sister is quite passive, although a tad skittish at first she is happy to sit on your arm having cuddles?

That's very common with younger pigs. I have one girl (the more skittish one) that will sit on my lap happily, he sister, who is more calm around me, won't sit still for 5 minutes. They will calm down as they get older though.
It's great that they are taking food from you :)

I have 2 piggies (boars). Have had them for about 8 months. One of them loves cuddles as long as he comes to me, the other one doesn't. Neither of them like being picked up.

I've found putting my boys in their cosy cups for pick up works well. They've now become so well trained that whenever I want them to go back into their cage I just say "who wants to go home", plop down their cosy cups and in they go. Getting them to go in their cosy cups to get them out of the cage is still a bit of hit and miss. They take turns in one of them getting readily in when I plop the cosy cups down into the cage while I have to corner the other one into his cosy cup. But the time it takes to corner the reluctant one is getting shorter. I've trained them to be willing to get out of the cage by always hand feeding vegie treats as soon as they are picked up - bribery if you will, works with small kids and animals!
