Hiya, please can you tell me what your piggies best toys are? Mine have a few chew toys and a tunnel and hidie houses but they are all pretty old and gross now. :)) I'm going to go out and buy loads of new bunny toys for my rabbits as I have been bonding them and they need their new home to be neutral. So bye bye old toys, time to get new. :p So... I thought I should treat the piggies too. :)

So what are your piggies favourite toys and does anyone know any good online shops that sell toys for decent prices? I love getting the pets loads of toys at once and setting up their hutch. :)) I'm so sad. :red :p

Thank you! :(|)

My boys favourite toys are:

Their small plastic dog bed upturned, which you can get from charity shops if your lucky or their around £6-8 from most pet shops, you can also have them as a bed and filled with hay:

Artie loves tubes, chubes, and more tubes! They really like their cheap underground drain tube which you can buy from B+Q, their waterproof pop out green tube (but that gets mucky really quickly), they like their cardboard box i got from morrisons, (one of their fav toys and any wooden hideys:

Oooo theirs a few toys i can not recommend if you would like me to?

Well theres these two from PAH, i wouldnt recommend buying them as they are quite pricey and my boys ate them in seconds, they lasted two weeks before i threw them in the bin also the tiki hut is a wee small for guinea pigs although it'd be a good size for degus (if they can eat that kinda thing):

^ that was destroyed within seconds, however the carrots you can buy seperately and they are still going abit nibbled but the boys enjoy chucking them around :)

The boys also love their ball hay rack which i can hang and it has a bell on the end they love making the bell ring :))

Ooo and this one the boys like munching on the wood and dragging it around the cage:

Have fun shopping!

I got a wooden ball with a bell inside from Zooplus when they were babies and they still kick it about now, usually when I am trying to sleep. rolleyes:))

Mine don't really play with toys, but things that keep them amused are hidey houses/boxes full of hay, tubes (drain pipes are great, I have to get more since I lost their old one somehow!), food food and more food, try hiding bits of veggies in new places, toilet roll tubes stuffed with hay or grass, maybe with some veg too.

And thos food ball things that you can fill with grass or lettuce or hay, they seem to keep them amused! Don't put them up too high though or they might strain their backs :)
