We lost Garth today. He had a bladder stone removed a month ago after severe weight loss and several bouts of cystitis, but he never managed to regain his weight despite syringe feeding him for months. He finally passed away peacefully today to join his friend Squeak who we lost not long after the start of lockdown.
He was a wonderful guinea pig who we adopted from Suzy at GGPR and was the first pig who our 5 year old Squeak had got on with properly in ages. They were both really happy together even for that short time. I hope they're back together again.
