There's a Jerry sized hole in my heart now that will never be filled. I don't have the words to describe what your passing means to me. You were the pig that started it all. You were my reason for loving these wonderful little creatures and one of the main reasons I joined the forum, so that I could learn as much as possible to help keep you happy and healthy. You were so much more than just a guinea pig, to me and everyone who met you. For such a small animal, you had a huge personality and I am truly grateful to have had you in my life, and to you for sharing yours so fully and openly with me.

Deep down I knew that you wouldn't live forever and that one day the time would come to say goodbye, but after more than eight years I had dared to believe that you would just always be there.

You always loved exploring new places, so run free at the rainbow bridge, little man. There will never be another piglet like you.
 
So sorry that you lost your special old chap. Our first piggies hold a very special place in our hearts and Jerry was a big personality. Popcorn free at the Rainbow Bridge young man xx

Cath and Tom I am so deeply sorry. Jerry was a pig in a million, i always enjoyed hearing about him and I know while this brings no comfort through the rawness of pain at the moment - what a life he had, he was so very adored by you both. Please try and remember this.
He had an amazing life full of love and a caring Mom and Dad in you both to treasure your time with him. Massive hugs to you both x x
