Goodbye Little Hope.

I am really sad to say that despite our best efforts and hard work, our little Pink Eyed White, Hope passed away today in a basket, in one of my blankets. He was a poorly little thing towards the end and Vet said he was more than likely either a lethal or just unlucky enough to have a brain tumor.

He only had a short life with us, but he was happy and very well loved. I am only sad that he didn't have a longer life as he really was a sweet and playful little piggy.

Sleep well Hope at the bridge and tell Alphonse we miss him too. Look after each other and when the day comes, we will all be together again.

I am so sorry that Hope couldn't stay. But you have tried your best to give him a chance and he has known love, so his life was not in vain.

Thank you all for your kindness and compassion. Both my beautiful ones are with me, always living forever in my heart and the others keep their memories alive in how they behave and keep me safe. x
 
We took Hope's body to a special and quiet place to bury him today. A beautiful clearing of woodland, near a river, its so peaceful there and he can rest in peace. xx

Still remembered by us all. Baby Hope, you really did help me find the strength to carry on. Thank you for being so beautiful and kind. With either a persistent WHEEEEEEEEEEEEK! or a rather funny headbutt for more fuss. You really were such a sweet creature. I hope you do enjoy all the lush green clover, all the carrots and spinach you can possibly eat. We miss you baby-bump and not a day goes by where I don't wish I could go to the river and see you come out of the bushes alive and well, as if we had never said goodbye. And you would have our Fonzie-pig with you as well and you would all play with your brothers happily.

I'll never forget either of you

I miss you both every day my darlings. Now you have Yoda to play with too, but Hope, please don't hump him again! :))
