You were the cheekiest, most lively guinea pig I ever met. I'm going to miss the way you would sniff around my feet when you had floor time, the way you would follow me when I tip-toed. I'll miss walking in to find you curled up around yourself like a croissant. I shall miss the way you would make exploring noises when you were cuddled, sniffing around and walking all over my tummy. I'll miss your adorable little face, with its sticky-up ears and it's black, beady eyes. I'll miss your tiny paws, the way fur grew over them and made you look like a hobbit, the way that you would place a paw on my finger if I even brushed your toes. I'll miss how you would head-butt me if I touched the tufty hair on your head. I'll miss the way you'd squeak when you hadn't been fed, how you'd grumble and rumble at your brother, how you'd pinch his food and run away. I could fill a library with books about the things I'll miss about you. But for now, I'll try and remember how happy you made me, instead.
