Goodbye Nala. Jan 2015- April 20th 2016

Today i had to say goodbye to Nala after a battle with Phneumonia.
Nala went downhill very quickly and deapite the efforts of the emergency vet- Nala had to be PTS. She was just too ill and too tired.
Nala was adopted Last April at 4 months old to be the companion for my neutered boy Sweep. Sweep had lost his old cage mate a month or 2 previously and after an unsucesful bonding with a pair of girls he found love with Nala.
Nala would follow Sweep around for months after...everywhere Sweep went, so did Nala. Nala was always very timid...and the only way she would enjoy attention would be if i was holding one of her fave treats. She soon grew and grew and was eventually bigger than Sweep.

Sweep and I will miss you loads. I am so sorry my precious girl. I love you so much.

What a terrible shock Jenny, I am so very sorry. She was an utterly gorgeous little lady and I always loved seeing her photos and hearing about her. She had the most amazing home with you and Sweep. Massive hugs x x

:( So very sorry that you have had to say Goodbye to your beautiful Nala. You made a brave and selfless decision to end her suffering. I hope you and Sweep won't be grieving for too long. :bye::bye:
 
Thank you. To be honest i am still in shock and its Sweep i feel so sad for. I just miss her so much, so i am sure its the same for poor Sweep x x
