I bought the coconeem shampoo and a melt from Gorgeous Guineas for Amber's fungal infection and I used it on her and it said if the fungal infection is right by the ear take some foam from the shampoo and put it on the infection. I totally forgot that and only remembered just as I'd washed it all off so I don't think the shampoo has really helped much. It said wait a week until putting the melt and shampoo on again would it be bad to do it tommorow instead because I didn't actually get the shampoo on the infection? Or should I wait a whole week? I did the shampoo last Friday. Amber is a 3 month old sow.

Ok thank you, I didn't think of emailing them :red

You can do that - or you can use an anti-fungal cream on that patch. Daktarin cream (containing miconazole) is a good one, or Daktarin Oral Gel if you are concerned that Amber might get some of her paw and lick it off.

Or another option, Gorgeous Guineas Manuka lotion is advertised for fungal infection, maybe worth considering?

Thank you, where can I get Daktrin Cream?

I've never bought it but saw Daktarin cream on sale at Morrisons yesterday, so I assume that it's available on the shelf from most, if not all, big supermarkets and I'm sure all Chemists will sell it too. I think that the Daktarin oral gel version is an over the counter product but I'm sure most pharmacies will sell that too.

Ok, do you know if it would be OK to use on Amber because she's only 3 months old (that was what I was told but to be honest I don't know if they told me the truth because they told me she had been treated for fungal and 2 weeks after bringing her home she has fungal)

I've treated a pig as young as three weeks with topical anti-fungal treatments, including miconazole-based ones like Daktarin, and she suffered no ill effects at all; she had it applied to her feet. You don't need much cream at all, just a small dab will be enough to massage into the small fungal patch.
