Hi,
Just thought you might like to see our gorgeous new babies that were born last Saturday night. Their poor mummy came to us already pregnant with 11 other piggies all in a cardboard box, just in time for Christmas. There were 7 babies altogether but sadly one didn't make it. Here are the other 6!

She's doing great! Resting lots and I'm helping her to feed the babies with bread and milk. She was so big that I almost took her in for a c section, had a difficult birth but she's fine now. :)

I know, we have expanded our premises already to accomodate the massive increase over the past few months but we are now at a maximum and I have a waiting list. (I try and recommend other rescues too to try whilst they are waiting!) With our new premises coming along we will be in a better position, apart from the main shelter, we will have a hospital wing, isolation unit and maternity unit. I am also hoping to have a retirement unit for the older piggies that can't be rehomed. Hard work and costing LOTS!
 
My goodness mummy was huge! But very gorgeous as are babies x)x)x)

The babies are so funny to watch, if mum moves she has a little train of piggies behind her! They follow her everywhere!

Hope the boys are behaving, thank you for giving them a super home!
 
They are wonderful and very comical! They shout for their veg every evening! I think we may get some more in a couple of months, I've totally fallen in love with guineas! x)

Check out our website, we have some beauties in at the moment! The babies will be ready in a few weeks.... am I tempting you yet? ;)

:)) They are all lovely, two of our fab four that we have been hand rearing are going on site this week, ready now for adoption.

I'm off to the vets in a mo, again, with yet more piggies...Its astounding how many are in rescues! Ver Sad.
