got my pigs back from my dad!

When I was renting a place before, I left my 2 piggies with my parents. When I moved in with my oh, I said I wanted them back and my dad wouldn't let me! He's got too attached to them and sits and talks to them :)) so I got two more for myself to keep here.

anyway, went over last week and noticed that Felicity didn't seem herself, so took her to the vets. She's got a kidney infection so needs antibiotics twice a day. My dad won't do it (he's scared of hurting her) so I've got both of the original ones here. But my dad wanted me to drive across the city and back twice a day so he could keep them! rolleyes I've told him he might be able to have them back once her antibiotics are finished.
And this is a man who makes out he doesn't like animals!
 
Bless him! Guinea pigs are different to any other animal though, in my opinion, they are so much more lovable. My sister always said she doesn't like guinea pigs or animals with red eyes, that is until she met my four. As she is pregnant, I let her hold Ruby my tamest pig, who has red eyes, and she fell in love! She loved her colouring and docile nature, but also loved the other three, two of which are the cheekiest animals you could ever meet!
 
He did make me laugh. He was practically begging me not to take them! I think we've got another piggy addict created! :)p
 
=-D Brilliant news! How could he resist them? My sister has two cats so she shouldn't have them, plus her baby's due on the 26th of September!

I have two cats (three now as I'm pet sitting for my friend while she's on holiday) and two pigs and they get along just fine so not a problem :) Not sure about the baby part tho as I haven't had a baby for ages (mine is almost 5 years old now) :(|)
One of my best friends also fell in love with my piggies. She just moved in to a new apartment and she's not allowed pets so she can't get a pig or two herself but she now always asks how are mine doing first thing when we meet :))

bless her! all my friends ask about my piggies first!

my sis will have 5 family members come sept/oct time, i don't think she could cope financially or have enough time for guinea pigs too.
