Forgotten how small little 8 week old piggies are so imagine my shock, horror and amusement to see her squeeze herself through one of the square panels!
Had just installed them in their separate area until they get used to new home and the sight of their new friends when she seemed to vanish!
Carefully searched their pen then noticed Sally one of my group of 4 appearing to be licking at something behind her wee nest! There was Gracie. Fortunately no one was phased by this baby's sudden appearance beside them!
Shortly after, I checked again, this time witnessing her scrambling through into Maisie's area this time!
I've now blocked the fronts off until tomorrow for her safety.
Welcome to your new home!

haha cheeky little lady is obviously keen to make some new friends... or perhaps she thought the pepper was green on the other side :))

My babies did exactly the same! They are 7 weeks old tomorrow and I'm hoping they are now too big to fit through!

here it happened the same with a wooden fence and my underweight (at that time) Calipso who was only a fur-ball:doh: and passed through the holes. Then I added a plastic mesh...

I didn't even think of them being able to squeeze through C&C panels since it is specially made for piggies.
She'd gone to the right piggy though as my Sally had had babies before I rescued her and obviously remembered !

I've never had a baby piggie so didn't realise they could get through such small spaces!
Now squeezed into Maisie's area!
Hopefully she likes them as got them for company for her.
She's 7 year old and rescued from Pets at Home after being put in Adoption section. Her sister had Cancer and subsequently died so she has been on her own since then. She's had through the cage company with some of my others but I wanted her to have a wee bit company in her old age!

How cheeky. Little babies can squeeze through tiny gaps. She's certainly an adventurer!
