Pepperdog
Adult Guinea Pig
I just cant get ontop of the lot of it, last year I could have them out in early may and they kept it short and springy, this year due to the weather and now having so many divots on the lawn, I cant use my push mower, I used the strimmer to regain some control on 2/3rds of it but its coming back again before the pigs can eat it quick enough - I could make silage or hay with it, its going to seed and everything
anyway, this is how long it is, run has been here for over a week ready for the girls, its all stemmy so quite tough for them to munch, but they mostly like making grass tunnels.
see there are pigs in there
most of this will all be squashed down by the end of their grass time, I will move the run to a less over grown patch for tomorrow as they make too much mess and not enough mowing
poor silver, next to the girls there is a lot to be said about having a group of eyes to give you confidence, he is spending most of the time in the igloo
although the igloo is moving around the grass as he goes.
have I got too much grass? I just hope I dont regret worrying about having so much of it later in the year
