Grease Glands Improving With Age?

Barney has always had an active grease gland but it has been much better this month. By the time I do their monthly bum bath, Barney's bum is usually really black and greasy (his bum is white). He is now 13.5months old. I was just wondering if they stop producing so much grease when they get older and step out of adolescence?

My boars always got better with age :-) Peppa hadnt had a bumbath for 6 months when he passed he just did not need it

I have been lucky with my two so far..no bum bath needed..yet.

So, if it is better and they are entering adulthood does that mean I also don't face the risks of him and Toby falling out with each other too? (they are the same age and I got them under the misguided idea that as they were brothers they would get on with each other)

Hopefully..! Mine are brothers but fell out approx 2 months ago at 5 months. I am no expert but if they are still getting on hopefully they will continue to!

I think in general if they get past their hormonal phase they are likely to remain friends forever, obviously there would be exceptions to that ;-)
