Grease Glands

There's a bunch of stuff that says piggy's grease glands need to be cleaned. Is this true? Or is it for piggies who are over producing?

@Gia Just for piggies that are over producing. I've had boars that have never needed to be cleaned and others that need cleaning every couple of months.

I agree with @Jaycey - many, I'd say most, don't need it but some (boars and sows) can get quite gunky.
