Is a boars grease spot usually hairless as in completely bald? Ive never noticed before as his hair sweeps in a way that covers it but i was checking it for grease build up this morning and noticed that infact it was bold ..just wondered if this was norm? The skins healthy, no itching or redness or scabs etc ...

You might be better putting this thread in the guinea pig welfare section somewhere :) I don't know the answer or i would help!

My pigs appear to have a bald spot there too, hair covers it and the hair around it gets a bit greasy sometimes. I always thought this was normal, I hope it is!

Yes - it should, when clean, be a roundish spot of bare skin.
