Remember a while back I wrote to pets@home head office well we have had letter go back and forth and then they spoke with my vet anyway had a letter in the post the other day saying they will pay over £200 towards my vets bills also a £50 voucher for there store (not that i want anything from there store but I can get the piggies a new cage) and they will pay for Tuckers teeth to be removed. I am very happy with this but still cross as none of it should of happened in the first place. I hope more people start doing this and then maybe they will give up and stop selling animals all together! :tickedoff:

good for you O0 if more people did what you did they would find it non profitable to sell pets. good luck with tucker's teeth too. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Thats the idea Mary, hopefully if ppl read this it might encourage others to write in I had to make a right stand tho and declined there first offer. I no it's not about the money ect but they need to learn the hard way that with them selling miss sexes, ill animals it's gonna cost them greatly and unfortunatly with big companies they only listen when there being hit in the pocket! I am gonna get my piggies a nice new big massive cage with the money and loads of treats from Pampered piggies :smitten:

So everyone thats been sold a preg guinea or a miss sexed pair and ended up with mini's or those which were sold ill pets get emailing head office you are entitled to help!

Well done to you for persevering! O0

Glad to know your little piggies are going to get some yummy treats and new cage O0 :smitten:

Only just seen this, that's great news! I was in P@H the other day and there was a phone call from a customer who had been sold 2 'female' pigs and found one had babies - the other was a boar, she wanted to know whether they would pay to get the boar neutered - the staff were laughing about it and really off-hand about the whole thing, I wanted to know the outcome!

Well done

Sophie
