Green beans?

Mine will let me do anything to them if they have a green bean to munch on at the same time :))

Roger says yes they are fine and challenges anyone to say otherwise:))

It's a fav of his:))

Elijah and Errol introduced my lot to green beans. Well, in any case Sophie told me that the boys liked them so I tried my lot on them.

They love 'them, they're a daily staple here, one bean per pig. Pandora is very stubborn, turns up her nose at everything else until she's had her green bean!

my girls love green beans as much as I love chocolate x). They are a staple diet here too. These and bean sprouts are guaranteed to have them at the side of the cage stood on their hind legs begging to be hand fed!

I had the same question. My mom asked me one day, and I said that I didn't know, and that I would ask on here, but I forgot.

I've fed mine green beans for years. Also found them useful for feeding medicine. You just break them in to tiny sections and hollow out the centre. I'm VERY bad with a syringe :red

It's funny how some pigs seem to love what mine absolutely hate. I've tried green beans loads of times but they never got eaten.

If it were a fussy child turning his nose up I'd never let him get away with it, but for some reason a cute bundle of piggy joy can easily dictate what goes on the shopping list and dinner menu! :)

Well the girls have decided they do like green beans but won't touch them whole. I have to slice them lengthways. Think I may have entered piggy slavedom. :))

Sounds like they've been watching too much Masterchef, being that fussy!

I'll try slicing them too, to see if it makes any difference. Presentation is obviously everything and my "rustic" style cuisine isn't appreciated!
