Green crust on paws

I brought home a new guinea pig last week and I noticed today that she has green crust on one of her paws but I didn't see any on her nose or mouth. I know with some of my other guinea pigs when they had URI they had green crust on their nose AND they paws so I don't know if it is possibly something else.

I wiped most of it off right before I posted this I took a picture of what I could but I'm not sure how to share it. I don't have a link of it and don't have social media where I can upload it then link it
