Green Pepper's Leaves And Apple Leaves?

I wonder if I can give my boys green pepper's leaves and branches(since we've got no fruits yet)? And are they high on calcium? I knew that my boys love to chew on apple branches, but what about the leaves? Are they high on calcium? Thanks!

Please do not give pepper leaves (nightshade family). Apple is fine (they can have wood and leaves), but they are pretty high on calcium; mine have always white pees after they have leaves, so it is more in the way of an occasional special treat.
