I know what greens look like, coz I brought some today for Honkey. I until today thought Greens were just the name for all cabbages, sprouts, kale etc...
So how come I have never eaten them unless they have another name?
Ok so I have given them to Honkey and he loves them but how would you cook them for human consumption and what do they taste like or are they only animal fodder?
Yep I may sound thick but I have been both vegi and vegan in the past and never come across them! :-\

they are like spring greens (I think) yummy yummy slice them up you can either steam them , boil them (really quick to cook ) drain add a knob of butter and black pepper ,done :D :D :D

Got them in Sainsburys but I just thought cabbage was called cabbage etc... lol

I have it hot once the cabbage has boiled, I put a bit of salt and pepper in and it's lovely. My grandad swore by it so I've followed suit! Maybe I'm strange...lol

I'm going to have to try it sounds yummy with salt and pepper, will let you know O0

Haha cool! My grandad was a veggie as he worked in a slaughterhouse years ago, he saw too much so loved his veg! :)

At least I know what they are now, I have spent most the afternoon looking oldy at the leafs, see I am easily confused and no I am not blonde...

Hmm, yes it is a type of cabbage. Cabbage isn't great for piggies, it can cause bloat. I guess it would be ok in tiny doses. Nice in stir fries though!
