I really want to get a new cage started for the girls and after watching YouTube videos and reading up I feel we're ready to tackle it.
The problem is though is where to get the mesh cubes from?
The only place I've found has them is Amazon-£34.99 for what looks like about 6 cubes-is this expensive?
I've tried eBay but nothing shows up no matter how I word it.

That's what I just bought you don't get 6 cubes you get like 20! Buy it it's awesome! Mine was delivered yesterday x

Thank you so much!
I will order some today :)

Where did you get your correx from?

I've ordered them :)
Compared to what those links it seems to be a good buy.

I will keep the plastic ones in mind as I want to hopefully build a little 'den' to go up to via a ramp-what do you use for a ramp?

Can someone advice on how big the correx needs to be for a cage for 3 Piggys?

I haven't got the correx yet but I keep being told to get it from a sign shop. I googled & there's a few by me but they're only open mon-fri... Am still investigating that!

I kno with 2 pigs the minimum is 2X4 grids but not sure what 3 is without looking it up. I can't wait to use mine! They're fab! It's nice having black ones too I think... X

I have the normal C & C grids, but JTF Warehouse do mesh cube ones, 13 in a box for less than £10 if you are on a budget. They aren't as posh as the black square ones but with correx in they do the job.

I have 3 piggies, my C & C is a 5 x 2 although not rectangular as I made it to fit a window.

I got my correx from here & needed 2 sheets which I cut & taped together using Wickes clear plastic all weather tape, £7 a roll.

Here's how to make the cage & cut the correx :

Thank you!
Can't decide which colour correx though-perhaps white is best with black grids?

Spent so much time today looking at cage set ups-itching to get it started now:)

Hi were was the jtf located you saw the grids in? I phoned Leeds but she wasn't too helpful ! She didn't know what I was on about !? Xx

Does this website only do 4mm thick?
I watched a video on YouTube and she said its best to go for 6mm thick-is this right?
Also I'm not sure of the sizes on this website-I want a longer piece.

I think they only do 4mm unless you ring them, they will tell you & also they will cut one to whatever size you want. I found 4mm is perfect, 2mm is pretty thin but 6mm would be very sturdy. I just ordered a couple of bits & then cut them to size, I had to tape 2 together first. There are other companies that do bigger bits, try "correx" in the search engine on here :)

They are actually called Homemaker Lifestyle mesh storage cubes. They are in the storage section, usually kept right up the very top shelf & come in silver or pink, the box is square white. Best to go in & ask I think :)

Here's another question for the experts, where can I buy extra connectors? And if you enclose it all in cos you have a dog for example, how do you make a door/roof?
